(Malus sp.) Small tree is quite attractive during spring when its relatively large flowers are in bloom. Wildlife use for this tree include  food and nesting. Fruit is smooth, waxy, greenish-yellow fruits. Fruit is slightly juicily  and sour and can be made into preserves and cider.
