Each has a white bloom and large fruit size. Pollination is required (you will need to buy two varieties or plant near an existing apple tree for cross pollination) and the trees require full sun. Loamy, well drained soils will yield highest success with a pH Level between 6.0 and 7.0. It will take approximately 2-6 years for the trees to begin bearing fruit.
