Known for its splendid blue flower clusters when grown in acidic soils the Hydrangea makes a great edging. When planted in alkaline soils the flower color may have some pink hues. Growing best in semi-shaded areas it can reach 4 to 6 feet tall and wide very quickly. Needs to be watered regularly to maintain evenly moist soils– weekly.
